"Smiltynės Jachtklubas" is a unique paradise created on our ancestors' land for those seeking rest for body and soul.

Here, between two shores, lies the Curonian Lagoon, next to a fragrant forest, with paths leading to the wide and sandy Smiltynė beaches, reachable within a 15-minute walk.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Hotel check-in: from 16:00. Check-out: until 12:00. For those wishing to arrive or depart at different times, it can be arranged individually, subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

INTERNET

Free wireless internet is available throughout the property. No passwords required.

BREAKFAST

For standard rooms, breakfast is included in the room rate.

For apartment residents, breakfast can be ordered at the reception/restaurant upon arrival for an additional fee of 12 Euros. For children aged 6 to 11, breakfast costs 6 Euros. Children over 11 are charged the full price of 12 Euros.

RESTAURANT HOURS

GUESTS

Only registered guests can stay overnight in the rooms. If you would like visitors, you must inform the hotel administration in advance.

BABY CRIBS

Cribs are provided free of charge for babies up to 2 years old. It is best to request a crib in advance, and we will confirm availability.

PAYMENT METHODS AND POLICY

Guests must pay the full rental price upon arrival. The hotel does not accept cash payments. We recommend making a bank transfer before your arrival at Smiltynės Jachtklubas. Debit/credit cards (VISA, MC, Maestro) are accepted during reception hours.

Upon check-out, guests must report to the reception, notify of their departure, and return the keys.

TOWEL AND LINEN CHANGE

Towels and linen are changed every few days or as needed. To request a change, leave the towels on the floor. For additional towels or linen, please contact the hotel administration. An additional fee applies.

HYGIENE PRODUCTS

All rooms have shower gel-shampoo in the shower and hand soap by the sink. For additional hygiene items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, sewing kits, etc., please contact the reception during working hours or by phone.

SECURITY

The hotel area is equipped with surveillance cameras.

For your safety, please:

• Always keep your room key with you.
• Inform the reception if you lose your key.
• Ensure the door is securely closed when leaving the room.
• Do not leave personal belongings unattended.
• The hotel staff is not responsible for items left in the room or hotel area.
• Guests are responsible for the supervision and safety of their minor children and should not leave them alone.
• The administration ensures the security of personal data.

FIRE SAFETY

For your safety, please familiarize yourself with the evacuation plans located in each room. There are fire extinguishers in public areas. If you notice a fire source, smoke, or smell burning, promptly inform the hotel administration.

MALFUNCTIONS

If you notice any malfunctions or defects, please inform the hotel administration so they can be addressed immediately.

SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms and other premises. A fine of 100 Euros applies.

COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES

Guests must compensate for material damages caused by themselves or their visitors. The damages will be assessed by the hotel administration.

PETS

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 30 Euros.

Owners must clean up after their pets. Any damage caused by pets is the responsibility of their owners.

PARKING

Parking for guests' vehicles is free of charge in the hotel area. The hotel is not responsible for the safety of the cars or items left in them.

ACTIVITIES AT SMILTYNĖS YACHT CLUB

Bicycles can be rented at the Smiltynės Jachtklubas restaurant. Ask the waiter.

Badminton rackets, volleyballs, etc., can be borrowed from the reception.

Fishing is allowed in the yacht club area (fishing permits must be arranged independently).

Luggage can be stored at the reception during its working hours.

FIRE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Dear guests, your safety is paramount, so please follow fire safety rules.

Turn off all electrical devices and lights when leaving the room; Remember that smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and common hotel areas; Do not store flammable materials in the room; If this is your first visit, familiarize yourself with the evacuation plan and the locations of primary fire extinguishing equipment.

IN CASE OF FIRE IN YOUR ROOM

Immediately report the incident by calling the emergency number 112; Extinguish the fire using the means available in the room. If you cannot do this, leave the room, close the windows and doors. Report the fire to the reception or any hotel staff member; Leave the dangerous area and follow the instructions of the administration or firefighters.
